Hi - found this while sitting in an interactive presentation by Dr. Campbell, and I have to say that your comments have resonated with me. I teach English at Baylor and I am concerned that creativity not disappear when students compose essays or create projects. While I feel that parameters are important to ensure that the assignment fulfills the components of the exercise, it is also clear that the parameters have to address the creative aspect of the project or essay - in short, I should not allow a construct to take over the grading process. Thanks for this...you have been heard by at least one instructor!

Yep. Sounds like you have enough smarts to not only try new things while remembering requirements, but also to work the system if you decide you need to. Keep all those abilities and find all sorts of projects to go creative.
