		<description>While I do agree that the internet does create a certain common culture...I don&#039;t think it is as free and open to everyone as you suggest...it is HEAVILY monitored in many ways...whether it be a concerned parent establishing parental controls on a computer, Baylor ITS filtering our searches and monitoring our viewing habits, or the government limiting what can and cannot be allowed to be viewed or posted by the general government...furthermore, this answers your question, &quot;Is it a fixed community with a fixed set of values?&quot;...and the answer is unequivocally yes...the set of values is established by our government</description>
